Together, we raised seed money to support local small business owners and spent three impactful days teaching marketing strategies, bookkeeping, and tools like ChatGPT. What is the project?
This year, a passionate team of business leaders is heading to Peru to empower local entrepreneurs handpicked by the visionary Cesar Ausejo. Together, we’ll teach, inspire, and invest in the future of small businesses in this vibrant community.
- Teach: Through a series of targeted classes, we’ll equip 25 local entrepreneurs with the tools they need to succeed. From mastering product pricing to building meaningful customer connections, these sessions are designed to supercharge their business knowledge and spark growth.
- Inspire: Our team will provide one-on-one and small-group coaching tailored to each entrepreneur's unique challenges. These personal connections foster lasting mentorships.
- Invest: In a dynamic seed money competition, ten entrepreneurs will pitch their businesses for the chance to win business funding. These investments will help them realize their visions and scale their businesses to new heights.

What is included in the trip cost?
The Lima portion of the trip is $1,300, which covers the conference cost, most meals, and all housing.
What is NOT included in the trip cost?
While most meals are included in the trip cost, meals during free time are not. The trip cost does not include airfare, passport fees, or alcohol.
