Last year, our Legacy team returned to Lima for another powerful entrepreneurial conference led by Cesar Ausejo and his incredible local team. What Is This Project?
A dedicated team of business leaders will travel to Lima to teach, mentor, and invest in local entrepreneurs selected by Cesar Ausejo — while also celebrating the measurable growth of past participants. This is not a one-time outreach effort. It is an expanding ecosystem of support built on three pillars:
Teach Through targeted, practical classes, we'll equip approximately 60 local entrepreneurs with tools to strengthen and scale their businesses. Topics may include pricing strategy, financial management, marketing, customer retention, and emerging technologies like AI. The curriculum evolves each year to meet the needs of the current cohort.
Inspire Our team provides personalized coaching through one-on-one and small-group mentoring sessions. Returning entrepreneurs serve as living proof of what's possible when opportunity meets preparation — creating layered relationships that foster long-term growth.
Invest In a high-energy pitch competition, selected entrepreneurs present their business plans for a chance to secure seed funding. These investments are catalytic. Because previous winners return each year, we can see how early investment compounds into job creation, expanded product lines, and deeper community impact.
