This year marks an exciting new chapter for Legacy Voyages.
For the first time, we are expanding our entrepreneurial conference beyond Peru and bringing it to Colombia — led once again by Cesar Ausejo and his experienced team. What began as a focused investment in Lima has grown into a scalable model of education, mentorship, and seed funding. Now, we are planting those same seeds in new soil.
We have witnessed how consistent teaching, strategic investment, and long-term relationships create measurable transformation. In 2026, we will carry that proven framework into Colombia — empowering new entrepreneurs, building new partnerships, and expanding our impact across Latin America.
Colombia is known for its resilience, innovation, vibrant culture, and strong entrepreneurial spirit. From dynamic city centers to breathtaking mountain landscapes, the country reflects both momentum and possibility. Under Cesar’s leadership and deep local relationships, we will host the same dynamic conference model that has produced sustainable growth year after year.
And this year offers something additional. Participants will have the option to extend their experience through a curated pre-conference adventure with Boundless Expeditions—an immersive journey designed to explore Colombia’s culture, landscapes, and stories in a meaningful way.

Hands-On Training: Collaborate in both group sessions and one-on-one mentoring environments to deliver practical business tools entrepreneurs can immediately apply.
Seed Money Competition: Guide entrepreneurs as they refine and pitch their business ideas. Selected winners will receive strategic funding to accelerate growth.
Cross-Cultural Partnership: Build meaningful relationships that extend beyond the conference weekend.
Optional Adventure Extension: Add on a Boundless Expeditions experience to explore Colombia’s natural beauty and cultural depth before the conference begins.
What is the project?
In 2026, a team of business leaders will travel to Colombia to equip and invest in local entrepreneurs selected by Cesar Ausejo and his team.
This project builds on a proven framework while expanding into a new region. Our focus remains the same: teach, inspire, and invest in ways that create sustainable growth.
Teach
Through targeted business classes, we will equip approximately 25 local entrepreneurs with practical tools to strengthen their businesses. Topics may include pricing strategy, financial management, marketing systems, customer development, and effective use of emerging technology tools.
The curriculum is designed to be actionable, relevant, and immediately applicable.
Inspire
Our team will provide personalized coaching through one-on-one and small-group mentoring sessions. These relational touchpoints often spark long-term partnerships and ongoing encouragement beyond the conference itself.
Invest
Entrepreneurs will participate in a dynamic seed-funding competition, where selected participants pitch their business models for funding. These investments are designed to catalyze growth, create jobs, and strengthen local communities.
This is not charity. It is a strategic partnership.
Guide
Brent Richardson
Brent has been a part of Wonder Voyage for 19 years. He started as a client before becoming a Guide and then a Board member. When he’s not volunteering with Wonder Voyage, Brent is in leadership at a large international firm in Dallas and a bouncer to his three teenagers.

What is included in the trip cost?
The Colombia conference portion of the trip is $1,500, which covers:
- Conference costs
- Most meals
- All housing accommodations
- Initial seed money for winning entrepreneurs
